Mini presentation as part of the Project
“CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM, ZABOK DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND ZLATAR DRAINAGE SYSTEM”
Celebrating World Water Day at Vladimir Bosnar Primary School
in Stubicke Toplice
As part of the project co-financed by the EU “Construction of the waste water collection and drainage system of the Zabok drainage system and the Zlatar drainage system”, representatives of the company Projekt jedna razvoj d.o.o. on behalf of the Zagorski Vodovodov held the third mini-presentation of the Project to the elementary school population, to whom the meaning and goal of the Project are being tried to be brought closer to this age: the importance of preserving drinking water and the proper disposal and purification of waste water. On Wednesday, March 22, the presentation of the Project was held appropriately, as part of the celebration of World Water Day, to the 4th grade students of Vladimir Bosnar Elementary School in Stubičke Toplice, who followed the lecture with interest and reviewed the prepared brochure. “Be the change you want to see in the world” is this year’s theme for World Water Day. This year’s World Water Day speaks to the need to accelerate the changes that are necessary to solve the crisis related to water and sanitation. As water affects us all, we all have to do something, including the youngest! Students watched a presentation on how the public drainage system works and what improvements the Project will bring to the system, and then asked questions. This educational and promotional activity is planned to include a total of 10 elementary schools from the Project area.
