Connect to the system for free!
Usually, without EU co-financing, all costs of construction of the connection are financed by the user,
but in this case, within the implementation of the EU project, Zagorski vodovod Ltd. provides its customers
with a free connection to the public sewerage network – the connection is considered to be a part of the drainage
pipeline from the connection on the street network to the control shaft, and the cost of the control shaft is also included.
Internal installation of drainage to the connection to the control measuring shaft is not part of the connection and
the user is still obliged to execute it himself and at his own expense.
Obligation to connect to the public sewerage system prescribed by
the Act (Article 55, paragraph 2 of the Water Services Act (Official Gazette 66/19): The owner or other legal possessor of a
constructed building is obliged to connect his building to communal water constructions in accordance with the general conditions
of delivery of water services, and no later than one year from the notification of the water service provider on the possibility
of connection in accordance with the regulations on construction and legalization of illegally constructed buildings.)
Upon fulfilment of the conditions for connection to the public sewerage system,
the users will be informed about it.
