Presentation of the Project through participation in an event at the county level
Zagorje economic assembly, 30th anniversary, in Krapina from September 8 to 10, 2022.
“CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM, ZABOK DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND ZLATAR DRAINAGE SYSTEM”

Krapina, on September 9, 2022, a presentation of the project Construction of the waste water collection and drainage system of the Zabok drainage system and the Zlatar drainage system was held at the county level, as part of the jubilee 30th Zagorje Chamber of Commerce, which takes place during the Kajkavian Culture Week.
The director of the Zagorski vodovod Mr. Mihovilić thanked the prefect of the Krapina-Zagorje County Željko Kolar, the mayor of Krapina Zoran Gregurović, the president of the Chamber of Crafts of the Krapina-Zagorje County Darko Varga, the president of the HGK – Krapina County Chamber Josip Grilac and the director of Radio Kaj, Drago Gradečak, for the opportunity to present as part of this already traditional economic event.
“We chose this event for presentation, considering that more than 100 exhibitors applied for participation, and as part of the Chorus, the economy in Croatian Zagorje will be more significantly presented, which has a lot to show, because the results last year and this year are beyond all expectations. This is also proven by the fact that the Government of the Republic of Croatia recognized the importance of this event and at the same time gives recognition to us as businessmen. Regarding the project itself, in the following months, work will be continued on asphalting and final rehabilitation of roads. Asphalting should from now on follow the dynamics of other works, which also applies to all further, new sections. We are satisfied with the progress of individual LOTs. By the end of this year, the Contractor intends to increase the implementation to 50%, and to complete the works by the end of 2023. We are currently in the process of finalizing the solution to the problem of the price increase of materials due to the current disruptions in the market. On LOT II, we expect the work to be completed by the end of November, when the contract with the Contractor ends. There should be no delay here, because the work on the construction of the collector has practically been brought to an end. I expect that all teams currently working on LOT II will be redistributed to LOTs I and III, in order to strengthen the dynamics of work execution here as well. The winter period is ahead of us, and until then we have enough time to solve everything that is planned, with the great patience of the locals and citizens. That patience will be rewarded in the next fifty, even a hundred years, not only in terms of a more environmentally friendly life and environmental preservation, but also in terms of creating assumptions for a significant economic upgrade,” Mihovilić pointed out.
